SAAS Holdings was established in Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) in July 2024 to legally bring under a holding company structure, the various business that have been incorporated by the Emirati principals over many decades. The various sectors, across which the businesses are established are - Real Estate, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education and Contracting. Recognizing the need for active investment management, an investment company by the name of SAAS Investments Ltd was established in ADGM in July 2024. The principals also own malls, driving schools, furniture and soft furnishings and bike leasing business which are held under various other entities
Company History
The businesses belong to Emirati principals and were established serially over many decades starting from the mid 1980's. The patriarch, who led the establishment of the businesses is the Ultimate Beneficial Owner. His family is actively involved in managing the day-to-day operations of the businesses.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
The company belongs to a UAE family and has been successful serial entrepreneurs since mid 1980's. They have various investments across UAE and various International markets. The real estate business, which was established in 2020 has been very successful. Their focus is to develop preium/ luxury residential/ commercial real estate. They have a sizeable pipeline of projects in Abu Dhabi (Al Reem Island, Al Maryah Island, Yas Bay etc).
