- Location: Bellingham, WA (onsite/Hybrid - must be willing to relocate)
- Hiring Range: $158,825 – $178,000
- (Full Wage Range with tenure: $158,825 – $248,826)
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Provide coverage and detailed fundamental analysis of domestic and international companies and industries, including writing company reports, building financial models, and developing long-term investment themes.
- Incorporate sustainability / ESG evaluation in company analysis.
- Manage and oversee investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Conduct fundamental analysis of domestic and international equities, identifying high-quality companies with sustainable growth potential.
- Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to client needs, including ESG and Islamic investment principles.
- Monitor market conditions, industry developments, and portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the research team to generate actionable investment recommendations.
- Communicate investment strategies and performance updates to clients and stakeholders.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- CFA Charter Holder
- 5-10 years fundamental stock analysis with progressively higher levels of responsibility and a demonstrable track record of investing success
- Prior experience in healthcare or technology a plus
- Excellent written and verbal and presentation skills
- Appropriate FINRA registrations within first 6 months of employment (SIE, 7 and 66)
- Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements such as a computer aptitude test, fingerprints, criminal background and credit check, drug screening and reference check
