Senior Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager

• Location: Bellingham, WA (onsite/Hybrid - must be willing to relocate) 
• Hiring Range: $158,825 – $178,000 
• (Full Wage Range with tenure: $158,825 – $248,826) 

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

• Provide coverage and detailed fundamental analysis of domestic and international companies and industries, including writing company reports, building financial models, and developing long-term investment themes. 
• Incorporate sustainability / ESG evaluation in company analysis.  
• Manage and oversee investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with client objectives and risk tolerance. 
• Conduct fundamental analysis of domestic and international equities, identifying high-quality companies with sustainable growth potential. 
• Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to client needs, including ESG and Islamic investment principles. 
• Monitor market conditions, industry developments, and portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary. 
• Collaborate with the research team to generate actionable investment recommendations.
• Communicate investment strategies and performance updates to clients and stakeholders.

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred 
• CFA Charter Holder 
• 5-10 years fundamental stock analysis with progressively higher levels of responsibility and a demonstrable track record of investing success 
• Prior experience in healthcare or technology a plus 
• Excellent written and verbal and presentation skills 
• Appropriate FINRA registrations within first 6 months of employment (SIE, 7 and 66) 
• Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements such as a computer aptitude test, fingerprints, criminal background and credit check, drug screening and reference check
