Your new role
The CFO will work closely with the CEO, senior leaders and the board, to ensure effective financial performance across the business. You will take responsibility for key areas including:Financial strategy & control Financial management & compliance Planning & forecasting New business and cost modelling Reporting, analysis and commentary Team leadership What you'll need to succeed
Experience working as a CFO or Financial ControllerExperience with medium-sized operationsCapable of working within fast-paced environments to effect decisionsAbility to be hands-on and lead a small teamAbility to interact with different stakeholdersStrong technical, commercial and communication skills
