Your new role
Working as an Underwriter you will be:

Focusing on renewals and managing your own portfolio of clients

Attending events to grow and develop new business opportunities

Connecting with new & existing brokers, ensuring you understand their needs or complex enquiries, offering a solution

Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard

Adhering to high quality assurance standards and making sure these are maintained

Being aware of the entire deal, including their client requirements and risk management needs

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in Liability or Property or Marine or Casualty or Engineering Underwriting

Competent knowledge of the renewals process

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Great time management skills

The right attitude and someone who wants to have a long and successful career within Insurance
