About the Roles

We are seeking highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our team. The analyst will focus on investment fund management, conducting in-depth research and financial modeling to support portfolio decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analyst (Private companies):

• Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis on investment opportunities,
primarily focused on minority stakes in private companies and real estate
transactions.

• Build and maintain financial models, valuation assessments, and risk analyses.

• Conduct due diligence on targeted industries.

• Develop investment theses and present recommendations.

• Monitor existing investments and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.

• Collaborate with legal and finance professionals on transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• CFA designation (preferred) or progress toward CFA certification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or related roles.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
