Job Description

Investment Banking Division works on some of the most complex financial challenges and transactions in the market today. Whether advising on a merger, providing financial solutions for an acquisition, or structuring an initial public offering, we handle projects that help clients at major milestones. We work with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments and are team of strong analytical thinkers, who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investor Relationship ("IR") activities for corporate clients as a part of the Equity Capital Market team within Investment Banking
• Propose IR planning to corporates with ECM / IB bankers
• Arrange IR meetings with global investors together with global Equity Sales and Corporate Access team and includes during roadshow execution related IPOs, capital raising and sell-downs
• Throughout the proposals and arrangements with clients, provide the highest quality of IR services to enhance relationships and lead to business opportunities

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple people / teams together with internal stakeholders and work on various IR roadshows at the same time
• Team player and self-starter with a positive attitude
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Prefer 2+ years of experience in a client facing position in a financial industry
