Senior Manager, Trust Management

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Trust Management to join the Treasury team.

You will split your time carrying out defined trust management functions and operate as 2IC to Head of Trust Management.

Your role:

• Manage existing securitisation trusts.
• Manage (maker or checker) trust cashflow / liquidity requirements including draw down process and limit monitoring.
• Run (maker or checker) cash flow distribution waterfall calculations, manage note holder payments and trust reporting.
• Monitoring (maker or checker) interest rate exposure and seeking quotes for new hedge positions.
• Maintain processes and policies for the trust management function.
• Work closely within the Treasury team on the establishment of new warehouse and term facilities and settlement of transactions.
• Work closely with Head of Trust Management to oversee the day-to-day trust management functions and lead the trust management team on days when Head of Trust Management is absent.

What you bring:

• 5+ years experience within the finance industry with a minimum 4 years direct trust management / securitisation experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong securitisation and trust management reporting skills.
• Strong communication and client services skills.
• Ability to develop trust cash flow models required and strong excel skills required.
• Experience within the asset finance sector desired but not required.
• Experience within a non-bank, trustee or rating agency organisation desired but not required.
• Finance / accounting / mathematics degree desired although not required.
