Senior Client Information Officer

A regional bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Client Information Officer.

Your new company

Your new role

• Develop and maintain customer profiles.
• Update client information in the system.
• Scan customer documents and manage information storage.
• Handle customer requests for bank confirmations and account statements.
• Conduct bankruptcy checks.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder
• Work experience in information management
• Organised and attentive to details with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
