As a future Business Support Applications Officer, you will report to the Managing Director, and you will be part of AXA IM Alts - Real Estate.

Provision of daily Business support with respect to key Real Asset tools (above all, Anaplan, Origin, Greenscope, RDR and Tableau) within AXA IMRA by supporting Business users and by interacting with IT teams to make the tools evolve further. In addition, participate in the enhancement or rollout of other Business tools.

Your role and responsibilities will include

1/ Overarching responsibilities
  • Be a functional expert of the key Real Asset tools Anaplan, Origin, Greenscope, RDR and Tableau. In this context, understand how the tools have been configured, implemented and are being used by the various teams in order to support Business users and translate Business strategies into the tools in the most efficient manner.
  • Be the central point of contact between the Business teams and the Application support team (internal or external IT teams). In this context, facilitate the communication between all teams and ensure ongoing technical delivery (bug fixes or enhancements) of the tools.
  • Participate in the quarterly reviews and decision meetings with the Business Application owners to evaluate the performance of the tool and to prioritize the evolutions and projects.
2/ Key Business contact
  • Act as the key contact for the Business teams (Asset Management & Development, Fund Management on both Real Estate Equity and Infrastructure, Transactions, and RI) and Middle Office teams in Europe, USA and Asia/Pacific with regards to activities performed in the tools (above all, Asset Budget, 10-year-Asset Cash Flows, Asset Valuations, Fund budgets, Leasing activity, NAV calculation, Deal management, ESG data collection and reporting).
  • Assist the Business teams in performing their day to day activities using the tools by participating in the initiatives from the beginning and supporting the users when required.
  • Propose evolutions and new functionalities/processes to ensure ongoing improvement of the tools. Drive the improvements until full delivery.
3/ Key driver of user adoption
- Organize and lead training sessions (for internal and external users). If required, prepare the related training material
  • Provide regular training sessions to ensure the tools continue to be used and accepted within the firm.
  • Ensure evolutions of the tools are deployed, the Business is informed and trained accordingly.
- Apply and further develop KPIs with respect to the tools usage, performance and user satisfaction.
  • Analyse the KPIs and take the required steps to improve.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Application Business Owners.
4/ Monitoring of tools accesses and licenses
  • Manage and monitor the access of users (in the context of Anaplan, primarily external users like Property Managers) in line with the annual licenses budgeted.
  • Participate in the annual forecast with Property Managers and Local Heads of Asset Management to ensure feedback is considered and the tools work efficiently.
  • Control and coordinate the ANAPLAN invoicing process with Property Managers.
  • Act as first point of contact with respect to the invoicing process towards the internal Finance department.
5/ Key driver of tools evolution
  • Participate in implementation of new functionalities and ensure delivery of the Business requirements.
  • Participate in any other tool rollout, support and act as a driver of change.

Your qualifications and experience
  • Business school or University degree
  • Preferably Engineer
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role or in a relevant professional context
  • Experience and understanding of asset management in Real Estate sector
Your knowledges and skills
  • Knowledge in Asset Management in Real Estate sector, particularly on budgeting, and cash flows strategies
  • Knowledge in project management
  • Fluent in French, and English
  • Proactive, assertive, persuasive, diplomatic and intuitive as well as delivery focused
  • Highly self-motivated and able both to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good communication, client oriented
