Job Title: Finance Business Partner
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days a week in the office
Travel: Some overseas travel required (fully expensed)

Main Purpose:
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner will manage financial operations across multiple regions, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering: Present financial information to senior stakeholders and provide insights to drive business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the timely production and analysis of financial reports, managing cost reporting and monthly reconciliations across regions.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with teams to develop and challenge budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Period-End & Balance Sheet Processes: Manage period-end processes, P&L reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews, supporting financial accounting.
  • Capital Expenditure & Continuous Improvement: Track capital expenditure and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or QBE. with significant business partnering experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Some overseas travel required (fully expensed).
