My client, a leading global insurer, is currently hiring for a Finance Reporting Assistant Manager with a flair for process enhancement and Finance transformation. This is a rare opportunity in the market to build on your expertise in Financial Reporting, while building your experience in transformation as you are empowered to provide input on how the Finance Reporting process can be further enhanced.

Candidates with Big 4 Insurance audit experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in performing IFRS17 reporting
  • Automate and optimize finance processes for greater efficiency
  • Analyze financial data to generate strategic insights
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance finance systems and reporting tools
  • Partner with stakeholders to align financial processes with business objectives

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Insurance finance, reporting, or process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS17 and financial control frameworks
  • Experience with Alteryx, coding, or finance automation is a plus
