Interested in learning more about the dynamics of corporate finance and capital markets?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-Cycle Internship Program within our Investment Bank, Global Banking business.

As a Global Banking Intern you will be an integral part of our day-to-day business and will:
• get valuable insights into our business and learn all about mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and leveraged finance
• be involved in providing advice and execution of merger and acquisitions, spin-offs, debt and equity financings, and other corporate advisory services and transactions
• analyze complex situations and develop the best strategy to maximize our clients' diverse objectives

Your team

You'll be working in Zürich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business. As a division we are trusted advisor to corporates and financial sponsors with regards to mergers and acquisitions (including carve-outs, exchange offers, corporate and sponsor backed transactions), capital markets (covering all stages from equity capital raising to disposal as well as all debt and sustainability-related debt instruments) and financings (leveraged finance solutions, transaction and non-transaction-related), supporting them on their most important transactions and decisions.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who:
• is currently enrolled in studies with a graduation date late 2026 or 2027
• has values that align with ours: accountability with integrity (willingness to take ownership), collaboration (work as one team) and innovation (improve every day)
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills in English, German is a plus, but not a must
• is motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging but equally rewarding environment, allowing you to grow every day
