Your role
Interested in working financial services with a focus on Personal & Corporate Banking, have analytical skills and know how to tell a story with data? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Management Consulting P&C CH Graduate Talent Program.
You'll get to:
• propose ideas on how we can make improvements to our business; take these ideas and bring them to life, problem solve and craft actionable solutions across transformation/integration projects
• present insights internally by transforming complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations
Your team
You'll be working in Group Internal Consulting located in Zurich. We're a dynamic, driven, and diverse team with over 690 people present in 4 regions across the globe. As part of the firm's Group Integration Office, we work in close partnership with Personal & Corporate solutions to drive transformation and change supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:
• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
Start date: July 2025
