We have a great opportunity for a Senior Credit Analyst to join our team.

Your role:
  • Complete ratio, trend and cash flow analyses.
  • Deliver a multi-dimensional perspective on the investment outlook in an accessible and informative manner.
  • Coach, mentor and train Credit Analysts.
  • Deliver appropriate communication of all credit decisions so that reasoning is clearly understood for both approvals and declines.
  • Foster and build strong relationships with internal and external customers to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Act as an escalation point within the team.

What you bring:
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Credit Analyst.
  • Previous experience in analysing bank statements and/or financials.
  • Previously held and exercised a Delegated Lending Authority.
  • An understanding of bank statements and/or financials, with the ability and confidence to interpret, understand and to ask questions.
  • Effective communicator capable of building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A high level of critical thinking to undertake detailed commercial analysis.
  • A degree in Accounting, Economics, or Banking and Finance would be preferred.
