Our client is a reputable, medium-sized organisation in the Building and Construction industry. With a steady market presence in Tilburg.

Functie
The Financial / Business Controller a.i. will:

• Oversee the financial management of the company, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct business control tasks, providing insights and recommendations.
• Conduct year end and month end activities.
• Generate and present financial reports to key stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to streamline financial processes.
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Handle financial queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Continuously monitor financial performance and suggest improvements.

Profiel
A successful Financial / Business Controller a.i. should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent financial management and business control skills. Audit experience is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software (AFAS) and financial forecasting tools.
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Dutch

Aanbod

• Start date: Mid March 2025
• 32 - 40 hours
• 5 months with possible extension
