Job Description:
They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, including accounts payable, account control, bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and reconcile account control records.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger.
• Daily cash & GL reconciliation, monthly General Ledger Control and Attestation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, account control, bookkeeping, and general ledger.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.3
