JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to ensure the accurate recording and classification of transactions in the bank's accounting system. The role involves maintaining the General Ledger (GL), supporting financial and regulatory reporting, and resolving discrepancies. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity, process improvements, and operational support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update the GL and chart of accounts.
- Provide accounting advisory and support for transactions.
- Participate in product, process, and system changes, ensuring reporting requirements are met.
- Review daily operational reports and address exceptions or discrepancies.
- Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies between systems.
- Provide operational support in case of data gaps or outages.
- Assist with audit queries and year-end confirmations.
- Contribute to process improvements and provide cross-departmental support.

- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting.
