Job Description
Finance Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in budget tracking, financial reporting, and audits
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly closings


Operations Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Assist with procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on operational matters
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives


The Successful Applicant
  • Background in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
