Officer - Finance Performance Management

Responsibilities

Assist the Department Head and Senior Manager in handing tasks related to financial planning & analysis, including but not limited to:

• Prepare and review the budget and forecast
• Prepare presentation and supporting documents for results announcements and other Board Meeting materials
• Participate in the monthly management reporting book closing activities
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas where AI/RPA can be applied to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability
• Collaborate with finance and IT team to select appropriate technology tools to achieve desired outcomes
• Coordinate and participate in testing to validate solutions to ensure they meet performance and accuracy requirement
• Coordinate the monitoring of the performance of the technology tools and work with relevant colleagues to make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Other ad-hoc tasksor projects as assigned

Requirements

• University degree, preferably major in Accounting / Information Technology
• At least 2-4 years of working experience in sizeable companies, banking experience is preferable but not mandatory
• Attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge in GenAI and automation tools will be highly advantageous
• Experience in SQL will be advantageous

Candidate with strong experience and ability to demonstrate knowledge in GenAI and automation can be considered as Assistant Manager or Manager role
