Job Title: Strategy & Operations Specialist - Mandarin
Location: Malaysia
Duration: Fixed Term Contract (Remote)
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team, including account management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline analysis.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and provide in-depth insights into business performance and core performance metrics and support the preparation of weekly/monthly business reviews.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and deliver training programs, tools, and resources to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Cross Function Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners such as Support, Vertical Solutions, Demand Execution, Revenue Programs, Finance, Marketing, and HR.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Experience with various analytical tools, with working knowledge of SQL and other advanced data analysis tools.
- Experience with high productivity and meeting deadlines, with the ability to directly take responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of corporate finance and/or corporate strategy and different industries' business models.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
