Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and enhancement of innovative insurance products, from ideation through to successful launch.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs, using this insight to shape product strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, actuarial, underwriting, and operations, to design and deliver competitive, profitable insurance products.
• Monitor product performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and business goals.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure that all products are compliant, innovative, and meet the evolving needs of the market.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and consistent quality across all initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in an actuarial or product development role, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Participating (PAR) business will be considered a bonus.
• Experience in pricing actuarial work is a strong advantage.
• A proactive team player with a passion for mentoring and developing young talent.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
