Role: Relationship Officer - Real Estate Finance
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose :
- Managing and controlling the work process on the allocated portfolio in order to provide full support for the utmost satisfaction of customer & bank, guidance.
- Ensure the implementation of Banks policy and procedure & sharia on daily work process, ensure a systematic workflow in conjunction with other concerned channels, identify critical cases and create solutions, provide management with all required reports.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
- Meet customers to discuss their business need
- Maintain portfolio including regular & delinquency to ensure that all files are updated i.e. Renewal, FIP, FSA and keep file teddy.
- Review portfolio and prepare the file to transfer to special attention as per Dept. internal policy.
- Follow-up with customer to solve any issue related to their accounts/ facility.
- Meet customers to solve their problems & complains and to ensure all required doc., securities, undertaking etc. provided to complete the rescheduling.
- Follow with different Dept. MPM, CAD, and WFO to finalize and regularize the portfolio.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- University Degree with 2 Years relevant experience of which 1 years preferably in Real Estate Finance Area.
- Excellent communication skills required both English and Arabic
- Advanced computer skills required.
- Good knowledge of ADIB products/services required.
