Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely company based on the outskirts of Haywards Heath, West Sussex who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support the Finance team with Accounts Payable, Reconciliations, Credit Control, Banking, staff expenses etc. This is a lovely opportunity for someone who enjoys a transactional, fast paced finance support role.

Salary: up to £28K

Location: Office based, Haywards Heath, West Sussex - free parking onsite

**Due to location own transport required

Accounts Assistant duties:

• Accounts payable
• Processing of purchase ledger invoices and sending out statements
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Bank reconciliation and allocating receipts/payments
• Preparing staff expenses and processing payments
• Dealing with any payment or invoice queries

Skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant / Accounts Payable / Finance Assistant type role
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
