For an international company in Eindhoven we are looking for a fluent English and Greek speaking AP specialist. This company is the world's leading travel retailer, their Financial Shared Services Center is located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The Financial Shared Services Center is the heart of the financial data which is collected from all around the world.

This company is growing and it has a lot of potential and opportunities. In this company you will work in a big team with other young finance professionals with international backgrounds. Functie
  • Managing the AP tasks and duties
  • Booking invoices
  • Importing of approved payment batches into the electronic banking system
  • Responsible for timely and accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations of AP Balance sheet accounts
  • Timely delivery of month end tasks
  • Bookings in AP Ledgers
  • Ensuring compliance within tax and other regulations
  • Analysis of KPI's to support day to day business and process improvements
  • Key user for future Basware migrations
  • Key contact to collect issues, propose solutions and participate in Basware improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for training new Basware users
  • Plan and execute monthly meetings with entitities to review service level, GRIR, aging reports and IC reconciliations.


Profiel
  • You have a finished degree in Finance, Accounting or Economy
  • You are fluent in English and Greek
  • You are located in the area of Eindhoven, or willing to relocate (no visa sponsorship or relocation support provided)
  • You are 40 hours per week available
  • You are a team player, accurate and efficient


Aanbod
  • Hybrid model: Work from home in the office 3 times a week + Work from home 2 times a week
  • Flexibility: If necessary, in consultation with the team lead/manager, employees can choose to work longer on a certain day and then work for a shorter work day the next day.
  • Canteen: Wide array of foods, fully functional canteen working between 9 am to 2 pm.
  • Month end meetings/gatherings: Different themes, event coordination team organising events. Teams also organise a lot of events within themselves more frequently (potlucks, lunches, etc.)
  • Fridays are usually the dress casually days
  • Travel allowance
  • Work from home allowance: This is currently 2 euros a day to contribute towards electricity/heating and such things that we utilise while we work from home
