Job Description:

• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment in IT industry
• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews to assess applicants' skills, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Providing feedback to candidates at each stage of the selection process.
• Negotiating job offers and employment terms with successful candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the company.
