A leading Property Investment Management Company is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager.

Your new role

• Prepare the annual budget and rolling forecasts
• Manage the financial reporting, analysis, and accounting for real estate assets
• Prepare balance sheet and cash flow statements
• Assist in business model proposals, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Managing annual audit and assisting with tax related tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance with relevant professional qualification (e.g. CPA, HKICPA, ACCA)
• Attention to detail
• Experience in property accounting
