Fund Control Support Professional | 12 months contract

What it's about

Main Responsibilities

• Provide ancillary support to the Closed-ended Fund Control team based in Manila, primarily focusing on Net Asset Value (NAV) reviews and product migrations.
• Update and maintain monthly NAV review-related documentation.
• Assist with data exchanges requested by external service providers regarding product migration matters.
• Support accounting and NAV-related matters raised by auditors.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
• Assist with the accounting and NAV-related queries from various Partners Group teams and clients.
• Support the team with ongoing projects or initiatives and other broader fund controlling tasks as required.

What we expect

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
• This role is open to fresh graduates or with 1-3 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial audit functions; experience in private markets fund accounting is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Passion for numbers and quantitative analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Passion for working within a leading private markets firm and contributing to its continued success.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
