Functie

• Manage financial transactions and reports
• Creating and processing invoices
• Bank statements
• Handle credit card and PayPal payments
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Perform audits to ensure compliance
• Assist in tax preparation
• Work with Suspense Accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

Profiel
A successful Financial Administrator should have:

• An academic degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software, Exact online is a benefit
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
• A detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy
