Your role

Responsibilities:
• process, correct, control, cancel and return in- or outgoing payments in all currencies
• handle inquiries regarding payments from clients and banks in all currencies through emails or phone using various system tools
• give advice and information to internal and external parties about: payments processing (payment routing, cut-off times,) and payment optimization (proactive actions regarding data quality of in- and outgoing payments)
Your team
You'll be working in the Payments Processing team in Wroclaw.
The Payments & Cash Specialist ensures a timely and correct execution of payment orders and other payments and cash management related services.
Your expertise
• a student of business management, finance, economics or related studies
• fluent in English
• experienced in MS office
• willing to learn from others and on your own
