A stable commercial bank is hiring a Manager/ Senior Manager for their Accounts Payable team.

Job Description:
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Account Control/Accounts Payable team as a Manager or Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Account Control/Accounts Payable team.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor and control account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to team members.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, account control, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
