A multinational corporate bank is seeking a General Corporate Banking Officer

Your new company

A multinational bank which focusses on corporate banking and private banking businesses in Hong Kong. It has a significant international presence, with branches and subsidiaries in various countries, including the United States, Canada, Japan, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Australia, Vietnam, and China.

Your new role

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, addressing issues related to electronic banking and tracking transaction statuses.
  • Ensure customer application forms are accurately completed and promptly forwarded to the appropriate departments.
  • Monitor and follow up on clients' transaction requests until they are fully processed.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing professional advice.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin.
