Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Conducting financial analysis, business valuations, and M&A modeling, with a focus on critical assumption scenario analysis.
- Supporting the execution of financing transactions, compliance reporting with lenders and partners, and preparing quarterly earnings reports and presentations.
- Performing business analysis, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and supporting contract negotiations.
- Analyzing industry trends, with a particular focus on power markets, renewable energy markets, and commodity sectors.
- Managing operations, development, and capital investment financial reporting and forecasting.
- Conducting investment research and due diligence on business and counterparties.
- Preparing written reports and memoranda for both internal and external purposes.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or accounting is required.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience at a Big 4 firm
- Strong skills in financial modeling, analysis, valuation, and problem-solving.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects and drive processes to completion.
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking capabilities.
- Thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Strong team player with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with complex financial analysis, including financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
