Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee all functions within the delivery organization, ensuring high-quality service for our clients.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Lead with Vision: Provide leadership and direction to the regional services delivery organization, inspiring your team to achieve excellence.
- Set the Bar High: Establish ambitious goals and objectives for service delivery team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Innovate and Improve: Develop professional services delivery practices through the creation of repeatable processes and implementation of best practices.
- Consistency is Key: Ensure the creation and maintenance of delivery collateral (e.g., templates and presentations) for efficient and consistent client-facing deliverables.
- Build and Grow: Onboard, train, and develop team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with sales and other services teams to provide support during sales pursuits.
- Resource Management: Work with other leaders and resource managers to identify and allocate resources for each project, resolving any conflicts.
- Plan for the Future: Participate in resourcing and hiring planning meetings with other service delivery leaders and management team members.
- Maximize Utilization: Manage and increase utilization numbers of service delivery team members, ensuring accurate resource and revenue projections.
- Measure and Report: Develop metrics and reports to demonstrate team performance, profitability, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate Effectively: Articulate status, manage risk, and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within service delivery .
- Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement best practices and repeatable processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage risk.
- Experience in resource management and team development.
