For one of our clients, a small bank based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Financial Operations & Administrative Coordinator to join as soon as possible

  • Entering stock exchange statements and updating the securities database.
  • Manage and coordinate with the trading team
  • Handling various correspondence and administrative tasks.
  • Welcoming visitors and managing incoming phone calls.

  • Strong knowledge of banking operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent writing skills in French.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
