Functie

• Manage and oversee the entire billing process in the Finance department.
• Ensure accuracy in invoice preparation and billing data entry.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Resolve customer queries related to billing and invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments.
• Ensure compliance with standard procedures and regulations.
• Prepare reports and present on billing activities and trends.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new billing systems and processes.

Profiel
A successful Billing Specialist should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and good knowledge of billing procedures.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Dutch is beneficial.
