Research Analyst – Financials

Position Overview:
We seek a Fundamental Research Analyst with 3–7 years of experience specializing in the financial sector, including banks, fintech, and consumer finance. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, excellent qualitative and quantitative skills, and a deep understanding of financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth fundamental research on companies within the financial sector, including banks, and other financial institutions.
• Develop research reports, and valuation models and present them to the portfolio management team.
• Collaborate closely with the portfolio manager to identify, evaluate, and monitor investment opportunities.
• Provide timely and accurate updates on existing holdings and recommend adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Full-time, in-office position (not hybrid or remote).
• MBA or CFA designation required.
• 3–7 years of experience as a research analyst or in a similar role, with a strong focus on financial institutions (especially banks).
• Strong self-starter mentality, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
