Asst. HKMA Reporting Mgr, Finance (Stable & Reputable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver statutory financial reports that adhere to HKMA reporting guidelines.
• Regularly monitor and analyze fluctuations in the Bank's portfolio of assets and liabilities to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of robust financial compliance systems to meet regulatory standards.
• Ensure that these systems are maintained effectively to support ongoing compliance with HKMA and Banking Ordinance requirements.
• Collaborate in the enhancement of management information systems to improve the accuracy and accessibility of financial data.
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, specifically in financial regulatory reporting; experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Basel III and HKMA regulatory requirements is essential.
• A proactive team player with strong analytical and report-writing abilities; capable of working effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Chinese word processing and the MS Office Suite; familiarity with Oracle or Hyperion applications is highly desirable.
