- Prepare and deliver statutory financial reports that adhere to HKMA reporting guidelines.
- Regularly monitor and analyze fluctuations in the Bank's portfolio of assets and liabilities to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of robust financial compliance systems to meet regulatory standards.
- Ensure that these systems are maintained effectively to support ongoing compliance with HKMA and Banking Ordinance requirements.
- Collaborate in the enhancement of management information systems to improve the accuracy and accessibility of financial data.
- Continuously evaluate and refine processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, specifically in financial regulatory reporting; experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Basel III and HKMA regulatory requirements is essential.
- A proactive team player with strong analytical and report-writing abilities; capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Chinese word processing and the MS Office Suite; familiarity with Oracle or Hyperion applications is highly desirable.
