We're working with a global Insurtech company looking for a Life Actuary to develop sophisticated models to support risk selection and pricing for their clients in the Protection space.
This is a great move for a technical Pricing actuary with survival modelling experience keen to apply their experience in a non-traditional analytics focused role .
The role offers scope to work across the full product development lifecycle - from concept to client delivery. Sourcing and modelling diverse data sets covering mortality and morbidity risk to create new decision analytics products, as well as the development of wider data strategy for this growing business.
Expertise in statistical modelling and data analysis is essential along with strong coding skills in Python and R - and excellent communication skills.
This is a key hire and, as part of a small high-performing team, you will have lots of scope to impact and influence the direction of the business as they expand in the UK market.
