Job Description
As Finance Manager you will work closely with the CEO and the different internal & external stakeholders in a role that will shape the finance of the organization.You will :

• Develop and manage the budget & forecast processes.
• Oversee monthly and yearly financial closings in coordination with the controlling manager and auditors.
• Prepare and file annual accounts and corporate documents in line with legal requirements.
• Lead financial audits and ensure proper progress and completion.
• Conduct due diligence for investments and divestments.
• Develop and implement financial tools to optimize operational efficiency.
• Support the creation of new investment vehicles and structures.

The Successful Applicant
You will work at the base of the development of the structure, meaning that some flexibility will be asked for and more importantly that you will be able to shape the role as it grows.

• Master's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and hands-on approach.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Excellent command of French, and English (Dutch is a plus)
