What it's about

Our Product Marketing team works on the whole spectrum of editorial content such as such as pitchbooks, due diligence questionnaires (DDQ), request for proposal (RFP) responses and client reports.

Against that backdrop, we are now inviting applications for an experienced specialist in this field.

  • Taking ownership of the periodic reporting and RfPs for a suite of our evergreen (including listed) products, writing and editing content for RfPs and evergreen reports, ensuring timely publication and ultimately owning these client deliverables
  • Working closely with Product Marketing Leaders across our asset classes, leveraging thematic content for our evergreen RfPs and reports
  • Guiding and educating (more junior) Content Experts in the content production process
  • Coordinating and signing-off of translations of English reports into other languages
  • Driving automation and standardization of partially manual and customized reporting processes by leveraging technology
  • Managing a broad stakeholder base of key stakeholders in the reporting process, successfully building bridges between investments, clients, portfolio management and operations

What we expect

  • Top academic credentials and advanced business or finance degree (e.g. MBA)
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial industry with prior responsibility both as a producer and reviewer of reporting content, such as client reporting and/or RfPs
  • A strong understanding of private wealth products, and the ability to convincingly summarize investment product performance and portfolio developments in simple terms
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both in English and German (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is desired but not strictly required
  • Passionate, highly motivated, able to connect the dots, with a proven ability to handle high workload while delivering zero default
  • Eagerness and capability to drive innovation, both when ideas are self-originated and when they stem from other parts of the organization.
  • Willingness to work in the office at least four days per week to become fully entrenched into the Partners Group organization
