Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the initiation, planning, execution, and completion of projects to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with team leads, technical experts, product owners, and strategy groups to create and implement solutions for complex challenges.
• Maintain clear and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic or regulatory initiatives.
• Analyze data and translate insights into practical and sustainable solutions that drive meaningful impact.
• Enhance and refine existing methods, tools, and processes while supporting the development of new initiatives.
• Leverage expertise to structure and implement initiatives that optimize business processes and drive organizational improvements.

Your expertise

We welcome applications from students in their graduate year related to consulting, including but not limiting to finance, economy, business, and management fields. This program is designed to help future management consultants develop essential skills, gain hands-on experience, and start their career in a dynamic and innovative environment,

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
• Ability to break down complex challenges, analyze data, and provide innovative solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, Confluence and data visualization tools is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German would be a plus)
• A collaborative spirit to be able to work with diverse teams, share ideas and present insights in a clear and engaging way
• Curious, eager to learn, and ready to develop consulting, business, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines and high expectations
• Previous work experience in the financial services industry or related university courses a plus
