Finance Manager

Invenire Group are currently working with a leading behavioural finance fintech who are looking to bring on a Finance Manager to support the Finance team.

This is a great opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with 1-3 years of post qualification experience who is looking to gain experience in a fast paced, dynamic and growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of financial controls and processes
• Management of part-time Senior Accountant (responsible for billing and bookkeeping)
• Perform and review month end and management accounting processes
• Responsible for maintaining and reporting on the annual budget
• Maintain financial models and perform ad hoc financial analysis
• Payroll and payments execution
• Support the CEO with quarterly board reporting
• Provide effective business partnering to non-finance teams and stakeholders
• Standardise, improve and automate the billing process
• Deliver the completion of statutory reporting
• Liaise with auditors and third-party advisors to deliver tax returns and global tax compliance
• Ensure smooth implementation of billing data

Requirements:

• Experience in a SaaS/recurring revenue business model
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Exposure to both Financial Controls and FP&A
• Previous experience owning month-end and management accounting
