Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Development Directors to draft proposals and letters of engagement for new business opportunities.
  • Inform new clients about due diligence and other requirements for new client acceptance.
  • Create and customize external sales presentations as needed, including pitch decks and key onboarding documents.
  • Update and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 with all new, won, and lost opportunities, ensuring accurate product information and referrals.
  • Track and record incoming funds for new business cases.
  • Coordinate and attend external sales meetings with both existing and potential contacts.

Qualifications
  • Around 5 years of working experience
  • Recognised university or relevant professional qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Dynamics 365 and vPoint.
