Want to work for the #1 Accounting Graduate Employer? Buckle Up!
As a William Buck Graduate, we will nurture and grow your skills and confidence with focused Learning and Development programs, and a fun and collaborative team culture.
You will be valued for what you bring, encouraged to discover your interests, shape your own career path, and be excited for your future.
At William Buck, we're big enough to challenge the Big 4 on the complexity of work, but small enough that you'll get to work one-on-one with your Partners - they'll know your name, celebrate your birthday, and take a keen interest in helping you achieve your ambitions and career goals.
What does a Graduate position at William Buck look like?
- A permanent position within the division you are offered.
- A comprehensive induction consisting of both structured training sessions and on-the-job training, supported by a dedicated buddy.
- Exposure across a diverse range of clients and industries
- Regular social events for example our EOFY Party, Tennis Day and Christmas Party. It's not all about work!
- Opportunity for volunteering, and networking opportunities.
- Taking part in "Grad College" with William Buck Graduates from around Australia and NZ.
The care continues beyond your Graduate year.
- We do everything possible to ensure you're supported through the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program both financially and through technical training sessions, mentorship, study resources, peer workgroups, and up to 3 days study leave per module.
- We have a defined progression framework to ensure year-on-year professional and personal growth.
We're looking for Graduates with an interest in Audit & Assurance.
We are currently seeking Graduates to join our Audit & Assurance team in June/July 2025
Our Auditors conduct internal and external audits for our clients. Audit includes risk management, financial reporting, IT assurance and independence services.
Our Auditors are often out at client's premises conducting external audits of their organisation. An audit can provide assurance to a financial report for the stakeholders involved. Audit can also include risk management whereby programs are integrated into a business' operational processes to improve overall performance.
What do you need to be successful?
- A passion for client services and relationship building.
- A willingness to have a go and give it your best.
- You will be a final year undergraduate student, or recent graduate, studying a degree in Commerce or Business with a major in Accounting.
What happens next?
1. Apply: Fill out the online application, attaching your resume and transcript.
2. Video Interview & Online Assessment with our Early Careers Advisor, Evelyn.
3. Face-to-face Interview: You will be invited to interview with a Partner and Manager.
4. Offer: You become part of the William Buck team!
We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis. Face-to-face interview will commence from February.
