The role of the Portfolio Business Analyst will be to scope and deliver projects across all functions of the business, as part of the (relatively new) company enterprise PMO office.
Comprising around 10 employees made up of PMs, BAs, a Change Manager and 2 Project Coordinators, the EPMO deliver projects and ensure adherence to a centralised project governance framework for all areas of the business.
Most notably, projects and initiatives will be in the areas of operations, compliance, risk and finance, with a small amount of technology/systems implementations and enhancements.
Your role will involve core activities such as business case development, business requirements gathering, facilitation of solution design processes and documentation of their outputs.
You will be skilled in the areas of mapping current and future state processes and operating models, performing gap analyses and will be able to facilitate collective review by cross functions teams to identify actions and solutions
The role will need to partner with their assigned Project Manager and/or stakeholder group; however, the role will also need to operate independently but within assigned boundaries.
A fantastic opportunity for someone looking for exposure to all areas of the business, engaging in a wide range of responsibilities.
