Internal Auditor

What you'll be doing...

• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans
• Conduct risk assessments and data analysis
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to internal controls
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address audit findings and drive improvements

What you'll need to be successful...

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in auditing, insurance industry experience a plus but not required
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., VBA, Oracle)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
