Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst

DC is aimed to invest in a wide range of sectors of the Ukrainian economy and provide businesses with capital and managerial support to enhance performance and upgrade technologies to sustain long-term growth. DC has deployed over $700M in private equity and real-estate investments since 2014.

Currently, we are looking for an Investment Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst who will join DC Investment Team and will provide support in all stages of the private equity cycle, including establishing new partner relationships, value-add work at portfolio companies and contributing to exits. What you will do:
·      Perform in-depth analysis and market research of potential investment targets in a wide range of sectors
·      Provide support in completing transactions, i.e. origination, due diligence, valuations, term sheets, etc.
·      Building financial models from scratch, creating pitch decks and other materials
·      Monitor portfolio companies' performance, gather and analyze company-specific operating and financial information.

About you:
·      2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting
·      English fluency – an absolute requirement
·      Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
·      Strong analytical and business modeling skills, understanding of valuation concepts.

Would be an advantage:
·      Experience in private equity, investment banking or Big 4
·      Understanding of M&A and Private Equity investment circle
·      CFA finished or started would be highly appreciated.
