Our client is a renowned international company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Job Description
* Monthly Reporting: Preparation, analysis, and commentary on financial results.

* Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting the full process from data collection to final presentation.

* Variance Analysis: Identifying and explaining deviations from budgeted figures.

* 5-Year Plan Preparation: Assisting in the development of long-term financial projections.

* Ad-hoc Analyses: Conducting financial deep dives based on management's specific needs.

* Process Improvement: Identifying and proposing enhancements for financial control and reporting.

* Business Understanding: Developing insights into Menarini Benelux operations and financial drivers.

* Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with local business management and finance teams.

The Successful Applicant
* Education: University degree (minimum Bachelor's) in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

* Languages: Fluent in English and French or Dutch (both are a plus).

* Experience: Prior experience in controlling, accounting, or audit is a plus but not required.

* Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.

* IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel and an affinity for financial systems.

* Soft Skills:
