• Frontend Developer (React.js)
• Mobile Developer (React Native)
• Backend Developer (Java, Spring Boot, microservices)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Java and Spring Boot for Backend roles, and React.js for Frontend roles, along with React Native for Mobile roles.
• Maintain a hands-on approach (over 70% of your time) in coding and development tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of systems.
• Drive the development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment while mentoring junior team members.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for microservices implementations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in software development (React.js, React Native, Java, Microservices).
• For Backend Developers: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, MyBatis, Hibernate, Oracle, and microservices architecture design.
• For Frontend/Mobile Developers: Strong knowledge of React.js, or React Native, among others.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to tackle critical and complex issues.
• Positive energy and a willingness to lead technical design and development efforts, while mentoring team members.
