About Our Client
Our client is a well-established and growing company in the manufacturing industry, operating in a dynamic and international environment. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Controller to join their team in the greater Zürich area.

Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure transparency and efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accurate financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Develop and track key performance indicators to support management decision-making.
• Ensure financial compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Continuously improve controlling tools and procedures to enhance efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Successfully completed bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or business administration (CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in controlling, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and business acumen.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German, French is an advantage.
